ABOUT SUNNY TURNER

(Previously known as Sara Kay)

Sunny lives in Greater Manchester, UK. She is an FHT Accredited Laughter Yoga Teacher and Museum of Happiness Facilitator, Mental Health First Aider, approved speaker for Women's Institute Federation.

In 2016 Sara found out about laughing intentionally and this was a life-changing moment to de-stress and create positivity from within. Part of the LGBTQIA+ community, having depression for many years, bringing up a young family.

Spreading the health benefits of Laughter Yoga, passion shines through in her sessions, and she has significantly increased the promotion of this excellent well-being exercise during the pandemic, which the College of Medicine recognises.

With great empathy and understanding, it nurtures sad or sceptical participants, nurturing into Laughter Yoga - without any need to be happy.

Passionate about laughter and all the benefits it offers. Sunny helps businesses, communities and individuals, to take Laughter Yoga as their wellbeing tool for mental health, happiness and resilience to cope with life and work challenges.

Sunny's purpose is to inspire people to live their healthiest, happiest, authentic lives through the amazing benefits of Laughter Yoga.
