Ukraine Gets Its First Laughter Yoga Club

Almost every few days, new Laughter Clubs are coming up in different parts of the world to help bring more laughter and joy into the lives of people.

Recently, Ukraine got its first Laughter Yoga Club, launched by Owjan Shahmiri in Kiev. Located in Raisi Okipnoye Street, the club has 10 members at present, who gather every saturday to practice Laughter Yoga. They even invite their friends and relatives who, initially, are very skeptical about the unusual exercise routine, but after the first session they all fall in love with Laughter Yoga. These Laughter Clubs are a great platform for social connect and provide enormous health benefit.
