Taiwan Laughter Club Moving Ahead - Organizes Dream Parade

Taiwan Laughter Club headed by laughter leader John, recently organized the ‘Dream Parade’ which is an enjoyable event planned in autumn every year in Taipei. Nearly 50 people took part in the parade based on Dr. Kataria’s theory of silliness. It brings much fun and laughter to the crowd as members play ‘silly’ and dress like clowns and walk down the streets. It is a good method to liberate the mind and make a great giggle. Laughing with friends is also a test of how confident one is and how much one has learnt from Laughter Yoga exercises.
