Course description

Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Training – Online over 7 Weeks

This training covers the Certified Laughter Yoga Leader programme, traditionally delivered as a two-day training, but with the learning spread over 7 weeks with a 2-hour live Zoom session each week.

The extended format gives you something particularly valuable: time to practise between sessions. Rather than learning everything in one intensive weekend, you have the opportunity to try the exercises, build your confidence, reflect on what you are learning and come back with questions.

There is a strong emphasis on learning through experience and practice. You will explore the principles and techniques of Laughter Yoga, practise leading laughter exercises and develop the skills to facilitate Laughter Yoga sessions yourself.

The small-group format also creates a space to connect with other participants, learn from one another and share the journey as your confidence develops over the seven weeks.

This course is particularly suitable for wellbeing professionals, breath coaches, facilitators and others who would like to add laughter to their existing work, as well as anyone wanting to become a Laughter Yoga Leader.

On successful completion, participants receive their Certified Laughter Yoga Leader certificate from Laughter Yoga International.

Format: Live online via Zoom
Duration: 7 weeks, 2 hours per week
Focus: Practice, experience, connection and confident facilitation
