After many years of performing comedy and then teaching in traditional schools, I transitioned into teaching Yoga and administering Ayurvedic therapies full-time._x000D_

Soon after that I became very involved with Laughter Yoga both as a leader and as a teacher. Today the DVD I created, entitled Laughter Yoga for Fun and Well-Beingâ is being used in a study I am conducting with neurologists at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles on the effects of Laughter Yoga on Chronic Headaches. I am always happy to share this very healing and dynamic practice.
