About Me

I'm Sunny Turner, founder of Serious Laughter and an FHT accredited Laughter Yoga Teacher and Laughter Ambassador since 2016, with a vibrant passion for making a genuine difference to people's lives through the power of laughter.

My journey into the wellbeing world of Laughter Yoga began with my own experience of depression. This personal journey has given me deep empathy and understanding for those who may be sceptical about unique wellbeing approaches. I know firsthand that you don't need to feel happy to laugh - and that's the beauty of Laughter Yoga.
