Pauline Nordin is an IFBB Pro Figure athlete, internationally recognized fitness model, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, writer, and entrepreneur.
She began bodybuilding at the age of 17 after being inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Within three years she became the Swedish Teenage National Champion and defended the title for three consecutive years.
Pauline also served as a trainer on the Nordic version of The Biggest Loser, coaching the Swedish team.
Her well-known motto is:
“Discipline is the muscle to exercise. Mastering your mind is what I teach.”
After overcoming severe eating disorders herself, Pauline built a career inspiring people worldwide to develop strength, resilience, and balance in both body and mind.
She is the founder of FighterDiet, a global fitness concept focused on discipline, health, and sustainable strength.
Today Pauline also works as a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, inspiring people to reconnect with joy, energy, and wellbeing.
