I am an Accredited Laughter Yoga Leader and a very experienced therapist and retreat leader with many years working in the UK and internationally.
I have lead Reiki retreats in India, Japan and Spain as well as singing retreats in Turkey and Spain and also passenger choirs on cruise ships around the world for 15 years.
I have run countless teacher training courses for Trinity College London and workplace enrichment days.
I am looking forward to offering Laughter Yoga classes in various settings and would welcome enquiries from any organisation that would like to bring joy, energy and uplift to their members or employees.
