Smiles and sunshine to you! I’m Vanessa Bouchard, I am a certified Laughter Yoga Leader, a psychology student and a researcher. I’m on a mission to spread happiness, human connection, and healing through laughter! My passion for this work led me to research the benefits of Laughter Yoga in university students, and I’m currently supporting a study exploring the effects of laughter in the brain. I believe laughter is a powerful force for good and I’m here to share it with the world, one giggle at a time!
