Ha Ha Ha! My name is Jessica, and I live in Arkansas with my husband, dog, and cat. I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017, specializing in older populations and trauma-conscious bodywork. I also have a background in working with individuals with disabilities, mostly young adults, from my first, decade-long career in special education. I learned of laughter yoga while doing research for one of my massage clients with a rare condition, as it was listed as one of the recommended therapies. I completed my basic and teacher trainings in 2021. I have used with this older adults and at breathing retreats.
