I am a palliative care nurse and a student of psychedelic integration facilitation. I love helping people reach their optimum level of wellbeing, meeting them at whatever level they find themselves.
In my free time I'm a hiker, camper, cyclist and paddle boarder, and enjoy reading on philosophy, psychology and spirituality.
I recently learned about laughter yoga and became an instant fan. I am looking forward to sharing the joys of laughter with others, a joy that has carried me through so many of life's challenges.
