Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker and support youth, families and communities in Chicago! I engage in somatic and nature therapy and most recently (March 2025), completed the Laughter Leader certification program with Dr, Kataria. 
. I have two little kids under 4 and they keep me laughing but I wanted more! I experienced an in-person LOGA (laughter yoga!) session in Seattle and decided it was definitely for me. I sing, dance, play and laugh in Chicago and around the world as able and am excited to share this youthful and playful exercise with you!
I speak both English and Spanish.
