Laughter Yoga had been gently knocking on my door for a long time before I finally decided to open.
It always did it with delicacy, discretion, and no pressure - displaying the wise patience who knows that everyone needs his own time.

I felt the attraction, but the signal was faint amid the cacophony of a thousand other signals- useful, useless, or even harmful - we are exposed to.
A reading and a short but intense experience helped me to fine-tune.
And the signals came through loud and clear, at just the right time for me.

Time for action!

The first was the Leader Training course with Bruna Ferrarese (2023).
The second was the Teacher Training course with Lara Lucaccioni and Matteo Ficara (2024).

I immediately felt at home, and I decided to opened not one but two Laughter Clubs - one in Milan and one in Pantigliate (in the surroundings of the big city) to offer more opportunities (in the evening or on weekends) for those who wish to welcome laughter into their lives and experience its revitalizing and healing power.

As a Well-being Activator (as I define myself as a professional), I also work with Family Constellations and Meditation, two other powerful tools for personal transformation, both face-to-face (individually and in groups) and on line.

If, out of curiosity, you decide to Google me, you might come across a namesake who works as a journalist and has written a poetry book in italian ("Disvelamenti").

Well, yes: that’s still me! But that’s another story.
