I knew I needed more laughter in my life, but it was proving elusive until January 2023 when I attended an online laughter club.  I was quickly hooked and went almost daily for several weeks.  It quickly helped me improve my own health and wellbeing.  In April 2023 I qualified as a Laughter Leader and in May, started my own club on Zoom.

18 months later, as the pandemic began to fade and people moved away from screens, embracing local life again, I stopped the public Zoom club and started running a for Open University students - it makes a perfect study break.

Laughter is powerful, and fun, and the global laughter community is welcoming and friendly.  I highly recommend getting involved, or at least taking time to laugh consciously every day.

I'm also passionate about Yoga and Qigong, qualified to teach both, and love connecting with people, wildlife and the world around us.
