I heard about Laughter Yoga in the spring of 2005. The teacher of my yoga class brought a laughter yoga leader to our class. Month later doctor Kataria came to Finland to teach new leaders. I was at there, I had to be. On the fall 2005 I made a laughter club in Porvoo, which I had until the spring of 2009. On that time I had left my job and study to use computer so well that I could teach it to other. I made a company on September 2007, where I was supposed to teach people to use computer and do laughter sessions. For my surprise, the laughter sessions went so well that now my main work is laughing and us a hobby I teach people to use computer. When Dr. K was in Finland on 2005 he said that we LY-leaders in Finland should keep in touch. I waited for one year to someone to be in contact, but no one was. So I called another leader Raisa-Tiina and we decided to contact other leaders and to have a meeting. As the result of that meeting the Finlandäó»s laughter association was created. I worked us the chairwomen from 2006 until 2009. On 2008 I decided that I had enough laugh practice to get more education. So I flew to Rome for LY-teacher training. Over there I met Ines and on January 2009 we founded Skype laughter club. After few growing pains the club is now working from Monday to Friday with several laughter sessions a day. And we have leaders from all over the world. On 2009 I renewed my teacher training when DR. K came to Finland.
