As an Occupational Health Nurse, using Laughter Yoga helped relieve the stress within the workplace. Seeing first hand the benefits I became passionate and furthered my training with Dr. Katarina, to become a Teacher.
I continue to bring professionalism and the Gift of Laughter to a variety of groups; workplaces, church groups, community centre’s, seniors’ home and groups with special needs.
