Ipek Atesalp is a trainer,consultant and coach specialising in laughter yoga leadership & training, laughter yoga activities in corporates and stress management; coaching skills; self awareness, performance developement. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) . Her focus is "executive and career coaching" due to her past experience and competence.

She has been trained as a Laughter Yoga Teacher by Dr. Madan Kataria- the founder of LY at Laughter Yoga International University. She has been honoured as "Laughter Ambassador".

As a corporate trainer she has trained almost 8.000 people during years. She organizes laughter yoga activities in corporates and as social projects to reduce stress; increase motivation , energy, performance and team work.

She leads stress relief programmes. Laughter Programmes for Hospitals, Seniors, imprisinors and special people.

She does One-on-One LY Coaching, works with Ceos. She trains Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders and runs Istanbul Laughter Club founded by her. She is the founder of Laughter School (kahkahaokulu/wwww.laughteryogaturkey.com).
