I discovered Laughter Yoga in 2002 and it changed my life!   I trained with Dr Kataria to become a Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher and was awarded Laughter Amassador status by him in 2006.  For many years I co-ran Laughter Facilitation Skills courses and Laughter Playshops as well as being a Director of the Laughter Network for 10 years.  I developed a 6 week Stressless Living course which I have run several times at Gt Ormond St Hospital.

Health and  Wellbeing are my passion and I  incorporate laughter and happiness skills with my yoga teaching as well as being a Wellbeing Expert for Aromtherpay Associates.    I have run hundreds of laughter sessions in board rooms and school rooms, for carers centres and cancer centres, beauty spas to prisons, so you can rest assured that you will be in good hands if I run a Laughter session for you.
