Meet Our Event Speaker

Everywhere Sarah travels, she can be found engaging those she meets in laughter?æand leading them toward a healthier, happier existence. The people she laughs with are consistently astonished by how effective and enlightening her work is, be it laughter yoga, leadership training, or simply connecting people and promoting positivity. She does so much more than just Laugh for the Health of Sarah Routman has been engaging others to share?æhealthy laughter since 2007.?æShe holds a B.A. in English, a B.F.A. in photography, and an M.A. in adult education. Sarah additionally has training in Reiki (2) and Reflexology.?æ She has presented countless Laughter Yoga sessions for companies such as the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Cigna Health Care, and Best Buy. Sarah has laughed with nurses, teachers, professionals, seniors, college students, families with young children, and hospice patients. Sarah has led sessions for the Minnesota Jail Programmers, the Minnesota Hospice and Palliative Care Conference, and the National Wellness Conference, along with being featured at health conferences, women retreats, and humor festivals. In this vibrant work, Sarah inspires others to lead happier, healthier, more meaningful lives through laughter which ultimately helps to unlock their full potential.
