Laughter Club Copenhagen

Find us on facebook link: https://www.facebook.com/LaughterClubCopenhagen/

We laugh in Christiania by Morgenstedet on Fabriksområdet 134 every Saturday at 11:00.

Laughter Club Copenhagen is back! This coming Sunday join us for another round of non-stop laughter, joy and celebration! This time we will combine the heart-opening properties of ceremonial cacao brought to us from Charmed Chocolates sourced in Peru.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will guide simple laughter warm-up exercises and then we will in the last half of the hour drop into freefall laughter. let go of all stress, worries, seriousness, and join us for a joyfully pointless exercise filled with meaning 😉
DO BE AWARE, this workshop takes place in public. An important part of this laughter workshop is the liberating experience of sharing unhinged laughter in public. The support of a group to laugh together with helps create a safe container to express joy publically. The invitation is to drop any shame, inhibition or cultural norms and embrace your inner child-like careless laughter☀️
