Now, you might be thinking I’m the 1980’s rapper Lil’yo,  actually, we’re laughers! Though yes, we do like to rap on occasion. 

LIL’yo'ers believes laughter heals and Live Intentionally with Laughter Yoga. Where ever you go you carry the spirit of LIL'yo with you. 

LIL’yo is a holistic experience that embraces all four elements of laughter: Singing, Laughing, Dancing, and Playing. From time to time, we’ve even been spotted DJ’ing at local restaurants and chill spots—because sharing joy is always worth celebrating and makes for stories you’ll one day tell your grandchildren!

We offer fun online and in-person classes, workshops, and speaking engagements all designed to connect, uplift, and inspire.
