Lunch Break Laughter Yoga (Virtual)

Join Deb and take a laughter lunch break from 12 PM EST to 12:30 PM EST, Starting Thursday, Sept. 7, 2023

Deb was first introduced to Laughter Yoga early in 2020 and incorporated it into her first in-person wellness retreat in January 2020. 

When the world shifted to remote work, Deb continued to meet with laughter yoga teacher Celeste Green and became a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader in 2022.

Laughter Yoga can be done sitting or standing and is based on the health concept that you can laugh without relying on jokes, humor, or comedy. Sinetnic evidence shows that the body can't distinguish between real and self-stimulated laughter because both have the same response in the body. 

Laughter yoga transforms depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and other challenging emotions instantly. The key is that we aren't laughing "at each other" but "with each other" in the spirit of community and shared joy. 

3 Reasons to join a Laughter Yoga Session: (for the maximum health benefits) 

  1. To get the scientifically proven health benefits of laughter, we laugh for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
