2 Day Certified Leader Training

Have you experienced a session of Laughter Yoga?  

Did it take you out of your comfort zone?

If Laughter Yoga is for you, it wouldn’t have taken you long to let go of any inhibitions you felt and to embrace the craziness of being playful whilst connecting with everyone else at the session.

How did you feel at the end of it?

I’d like to think if you’ve read this far that you are nodding your head up and down in agreement … and excitement.

Maybe you feel you would love to share the Laughter Yoga experience with family and friends and possibly set up a Laughter Yoga club of your own near where you live.  

How would you do that?  What do you know about Laughter Yoga in terms of the concept, philosophy, research and benefits?  How would you start and deliver a Laughter Yoga session?

These are all topics covered by the 2-day Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Training I shall be offering over the weekend of 5 and 6 October 2024.  It will be an ‘in-person’ training to give students the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the group dynamics this training offers.

Here’s the ‘official’ sounding bit …..

During the training you will:

• Gain an understanding of the need for Laughter Yoga
• Learn how the idea and concept of Laugher Yoga originated
• Learn the basic guidelines for a Laughter Yoga session
• Gain knowledge of the benefits of Laughter Yoga as well as the risks
• Practice a minimum of 40 Laughter exercises
• Learn how to present Laughter Yoga
• Receive guidance about how to start a Laughter Club
• Receive guidance how to start your own Laughter Yoga business
• Complete a written and practical assessment in order to achieve the qualification

As part of the training, students will receive:

• A 64-page manual
• A Certified Laughter Yoga Leader certificate of qualification
• 6-months temporary membership to https://www.laugheryoga.org Prozone access (Full profile and access available for paid membership)
• Continued support after your training to ensure you reach your Laughter Yoga potential and goals.
