CARING CONNECTIONS THROUGH LAUGHTER YOGA
Chandanna is passionate about sharing playful ‘Joyful Living’ practices, designed to respond perfectly to the global needs of our time, for maintaining our physical and emotional well-being, and peace of mind.

Born in South Africa, Chandanna and her husband enjoyed living in Malaysia from 2012 to 2018. Now residing in Northern Thailand, she reaches out to participants from across the world on Skype or Zoom, offering small group Laughter Meditations, or online Personal Coaching sessions.

Laughter Yoga is the foundation of the fun, feel-good practices that Chandanna shares, aimed at demonstrating how to ‘befriend’ oneself, through the transformative healing power of Laughter and Mindfulness.

Her calm presence and open friendly manner makes it easy to follow along, and are based on several years of experience, successfully facilitating uplifting gatherings for hospital staff and patients, as well as caregivers and clients from the National Cancer Society of Malaysia.

During her interactive sessions she invites others to communicate and connect from their Heart Centre, through intentional laughter and breathing exercises. Regular practitioners are rewarded with an enhanced sense of wholeness, health, and happiness – proving the wise old saying: Laughter is the best medicine!
