    Hello, I am Kelly and I am passionate about making a difference through helping women using my 15+ years education, mentoring, and training experience. My mission is to empower women to explore the tools and mindset shifts to overcome challenges/obstacles achieving personal growth and lasting change.

I am love practicing and helpign to lead a Laughter Yoga Club at the SouthWest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Tempe on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of most months.
