My Background:

I've lived in many cities throughout the U.S.; in beautiful places like Guam, California, Oklahoma, Wyoming and Colorado.

Most my professional life has been dedicated to making life better for people in human services, disability services, healthcare/hospitals, medical equipment manufacturing, process improvement and now, organizational change management. I've introduced laughter yoga exercises in meetings, training classes, large conferences and public speaking events.

It's been a thrill to bring the experience of laughing for health, well-being, connection and stress relief to the people I've had the privilege of meeting along the way! 

I'm excited to contribute now to the Laughter Yoga movement in Northern Colorado with my Yogi friends, Miriam Gassman and Segrid Licata.
