Newly certified as of April 24, 2025 as a Laughter Yoga Leader, I am an experienced presenter/teacher/professor  who loves to laugh and to make others laugh with me. 

I used a five minute TEDx Talk on Laughter Yoga with my Life Design class, asking them to rate themsevlves on happiness before and after viewing and playing along with the video - one lady went from a 4 to 8 in only 5 minutes. That got me interested in being more knowledgeable about the benefits of Laughter Yoga and how it works. 

After an intensive two-day training with many practical exercises, I now feel comfortable in leading laughter yoga sessions. SO if you or your organization needs a boost - please contact me.
