Karen has always loved to laugh and without awarenss, she used it many times in her life when she was going through difficulties. She found it was an easy, effortless and effective way to shift emotions and decrease stress. She enjoys the connection and fun of laughing in a group setting, where everyone is smiling and finding joy through laughter. 

Karen brings laughter to senior communities and assisted living facilites throughout the Richmond and surrounding areas in Virginia.
