He, he, he. My name is Bambi Walters and I am a Master Laughter Yoga Leader in Wiliamsburg, Virginia. I primarily teach in local nursing homes, schools and for corporate function. I also have a listing on Viator/TripAdvisor and teach visiting groups to Colonial Williamsburg at our local library. I incorporate our fundamentals, include silliness (like wearing animal hats and laughing like the animal hat), music and when appropriate, body movement, to enhance the experience. I love laughter yoga, the breathing techniques and joy that is infectious.
