Laughter Yoga is the combination of:

laughter exercises (based on everyday situations rather than on jokes and comedy)
series of deep yogic breathing exercises (pranayama, hence the word yoga)
mindfulness meditation (calming and restorative)
We choose to laugh for our health.
No yoga poses, no experience necessary, non religious and non political
Simple, effective, all exercises can be easily modified and practiced seated or standing.

We will gather to connect joyfully and playfully. We combine laughter exercise and deep yogic breathing exercises, gentle improvisational movements and dance and end with a calming power-down meditation to help promote world peace.

No mat or special attire required. Bring a bottle of water and a blanket (optional) for our final meditation.

This is a FREE Family event and everyone is welcome.
