Laughter Yoga Brings Back Laughter To Mankind

Bachan Singh, Malaysia: The style of introducing oneself during the certified Laughter Yoga training changed my entire perception regarding Laughter Yoga. It begins with ‘Tell your name and laugh, ha ha ha. Tell where you come from and laugh, ha ha ha. Tell what you do and laugh, ha ha ha.’ While answering these questions, I realized my ego gradually diminished thereby creating a borderless environment. It gave a clear answer to the question, “Who am I”? And the answer is ‘ha ha ha’.

Our Berlin Laughter team “Hauptstadt Lacht” recently conducted an unusual laughter session in a Berlin Metro as we cancelled our plan of a regular session in the room. Laughing in the Metro was really something! We wanted to spread laughter and see how people reacted and had just fun.

Laughter Yoga Has Taken Over My Life

Monnet Zubieta, USA: My first laughter club experience was with Sparkie Lovejoy.  After doing the Laughter Yoga Leader training with Jeffery Briar she was inspired to start a daily laughter club to support her commitment to laugh every day for 40 days.  The Santa Rosa Laughter Club met every morning about 10 minutes away from my house.  Sparkie's laughter sessions were playful and energetic filled and with childlike playfullness.  Sometimes her 4 year old son would join us for some of the laughter exercises.

Laughter Yoga with Deaf in Indonesia
