Sin Chew Annual Carnival at Southern College on 26th September 2010 attracted a large crowd and JB Laughers had a busy, joyous time sharing Laughter with many people. We painted & dressed up 9 clowns on the spot and presto! there was a total of 16 clowns at the event! Hohohahaha
