Using the vowels one at a time, but simply putting the H.......(The Laughter H )....in front of each one:
ie: hA.........HAaaaaaaaaaa (making aface) Ha Ha Ha
hE Heeeeeeeeee He He He
hI Hi (How are ya)...Hiiiiiiiiiiii Hi Hi Hi
h0 Ho (hands betweem hips, feel the contractions)....HOOOOOOO HO Ho Ho
hU Huuuuuuuu (breath in thru nose and as you exhale)_ Huuuuuuuuu,
Hu Hu Hu.......
Play around with it, it seems really simple however it becomes very Joyful...my Club loved it..
