WITH ‘WE’ AND ‘YOU’ with eye contact with as many people as possible.
Remember – this is a good way to get ‘control over your mind’ .
When you are going through a hard or stressful time and you notice there’s a lot of negative thinking going on in your head, only YOU can change it.
It is always ‘your choice’ because you are the only one inside your head.
In any one moment, we all have a choice to keep the negative thoughts (that only hurt ourselves), or to change them to a positive. Firstly they instantly change the way we are feeling, (cause we have a thought before we have a feeling) and then eventually it will greatly change your life and everything around you to the positive. Miracles will begin to happen.
If we want a better life, we have to make ourselves ‘a better person’.
The first step – 1. Change your thoughts.

- 3. What do you have to be Grateful for?. (2 legs, 2 arms?)
Have an attitude of Gratitude.
- 4. Decide to be Happy, smile
- 5. FAKE IT TIL YOU MAKE IT
