• All orders are shipped on either Tuesdays or Fridays, whichever is closest to the date of receipt of order. We try to ship within 48h whenever possible. If any significant delays are expected then we will notify you and ask for your instructions.
• All orders, unless otherwise specified, will be shipped by regular First Class Airmail Post.

Back Orders

• If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

• Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us for any returns or questions regarding your merchandise.
