LOL to Bliss: Laughter and Silent Meditation Class.
This special session is focused around the latest research about how laughter stimulates the production of gamma brainwaves.
We will start the class with a typical laughter yoga session, followed by 5-7 minutes of laughter meditation, then 20 minutes of silent meditation. Participants may chose to stay for hot tea and share their experience, or simply leave class in silence. 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
