Bernadette McGree is a Joy & Wellbeing Consultant with specific expertise in health and fitness. She has been teaching yoga since 2006 and has presented at fitness conferences in the USA and China since then. She has been a regular FILEX (Australian Fitness Industry Conference) presenter since 2011.
Bernadette also has experience presenting to organisations in wellbeing, mindfulness, yoga and laughter.
She has been practising and teaching Laughter Yoga since 2008 and founded the successful Lindfield Laughter Club. Using her experience in mindfulness, laughter and teaching, she works with innovative organisations who have a culture of resilience, energy and purpose.
Drawing on her background in science, Bernadette's trainings are steeped in theory while being simultaneously practical. You will have plenty of time to experience all facets of a Laughter Yoga session, gain a solid understanding of the industry and explore your own relationship with laughter and how it fits into your life. You will also have lots of practise leading laughter exercises, so that you feel confident to lead a laughter session anywhere.
