Ananda Das, Kundalini Yoga and Laughter Yoga Teacher: I recently got the opportunity to conduct my first Laughter Yoga session as part of a Kundalini Yoga class in Spain, where I was attending a yoga festival. There were about 80 participants who were highly inspired and motivated by the concept. Everybody felt it was the best warmup exercise before the yoga class. We all made a big circle, joined hands and laughed for a whole 40 minutes. It was an incredible experience for all and me, observing how deeply we all can connect through laughter and how highly we become aware of our own false egos full of ridiculousness.
