Laughter Yoga Benefits Body and Mind

People are often surprised at how different Laughter Yoga is from what they expect. Most of them feel that this whole-body laughter and movement is playful and a lot of fun. According to a recently published story by Nancy Van Valkenburg about a local laughter club in Utah, USA, some people report reduced pain, and some feel clearer in their minds because of laughter and breathing together. Generally, people feel happy after a Laughter Yoga session. Laughter offers a multitude of benefits to the body and mind-- and that it works even if the laughter isn't genuine.

    Laughter therapy is a great way to relax the mind and live in harmony. I am involved in a group near my house after reading the advantages of laughter therapy from Ever since my joining in the therapy my life has improved and things were extremely pleasant. I suggest that everyone should join such therapy sessions and it is not difficult as well.
