    Recommended*** Laughter club Monday 6 -7pm



    9:30 - 10:30   Laughter Yoga session led by Beth Bongar aka “laughing Diva”

    10:30 - Noon   The core components of a laughter yoga session with group practice*

    Noon - 1 p.m.  Yummy Nourishing Lunch (provided)


    2 - 3:30   Practice leading laughter exercises in breakout groups, laughter session "recipes" for diverse groups, and leading with your "niche" audience*

    3:30 - 4:30   Presentation: The Cascade of Health Benefits of Prolonged Laughter

    4:30 - 5   HO HO HA HA Grounding Dance by Dr. Kataria



    9:30 - 10:30   The "art of explanation" and group practice explaining Laughter Yoga*

    10:30 - 11:30   Your Brain on Laughter: The neuroscience behind how a positive outlook disarms us, boosts relationships, concentration, creativity and more!

    11:30 - Noon   Take a break or more group practice of laughter exercises

    Noon - 1 p.m.  Yummy Nourishing Lunch (provided)

    1 - 2   Presentation: The foundations of successfully marketing your laughter yoga club and/or practice in today's digital world

    2 - 3:30    group practice of laughter exercises and explaining Laughter Yoga*

    3:30 - 4 

    4 -  5 p.m.  Review of certification, creating ways to stay in touch that add value to your training, graduation ceremony, group picture
