We have conducted some sessions of laughter yoga meditation and guided relaxation for the public and the response has been very fulfilling and encouraging. The sessions have enabled a number of participants to come over stress and other ailments. The routine is very effective to overcome stress and fatigue in the corporate world.
While the overall method remains the same as we do during the course of certified laughter yoga teacher / leader training, we give below a sequence that we usually follow. Some exercises are added/omitted looking to the audience and time.

LAUGHTER MEDITATION SEQUENCE
DEEP BREATHING, MINDFUL BREATHING, SYNCHRONISED OR DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHING, ANULOM-VILOM, KAPAL BHATI.
SITTING CALCUTTA LAUGHTER, DEEP BREATHING WITH HOLD IT – HOLD IT.
VERY GOOD VERY GOOD YAY, GIBBERISH TALKING.
ONE METRE, MILK SHAKE, ALOHA, GURU LAUGHTER, ANTENA, LAUGHTER POINT, LION, BIRD, FORGIVENESS, GRADIENT, HEARTY, SILENT, VOWEL LAUGHTER, JOKE BOOK, ACHES AND PAIN, WIPING SMILE ETC.
FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT, VOICE RE-INFORCEMENT , CHILDLIKE GIGGLING, BREATH HOLDING TECHNIQUE, HOLDING YOUR KNEES TOGETHER.
SITTING LAUGHTER MEDITATION, LYING ON YOUR BACK LAUGHTER MEDITATION,ROWING A BOAT, HEAD ON BELLY, BULL’S EYE, CENTIPEDE LAUGHTER.
HOHO-HAHA GROUNDING DANCE, HUMMING, YOGA NIDRA, EXHALEX, BREATH CONNECT MEDITATION. (any one on each day).
