Laughing Clubs and Laughter Yoga Clubs have spread all across India and all over the World.
People laugh in a group for exercise. Children are not inhibited with their laughter so the idea was created to start a laughing club in schools in India with school children.
Laughter helps with studies, memory and brain power. It also helps with sports and deep breathing. People who practice laughter yoga often feel so happy. Everybody should be happy.
Everyone is under stress. In the video, a man who has high blood pressure and diabetes feels more relaxed after doing laughter yoga.
