Approximately seventy people were in attendance for the Show at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Front Street in the heart of downtown Toronto. For many, this was their first experience of Laughter Yoga, and the response was enthusiastic.
Laughter sessions, including an international session in various languages, were interspersed with presentations on: Laughter Yoga in Business, with Seniors, with Children, for Special Needs, and a special presentation on Incorporating Laughter Yoga into a Workplace Wellness Program.
Several ‘friends’ of Laughter Yoga provided additional features including; a drumming circle, a fun photo booth, an introduction to partner assisted meditation practice, a hilarious networking game introduced by Pankaj Sachdeva and a Kirtan musical performance by ‘Ananda’.
A full list of presenters and program schedule is available for viewing online at www.LaughterOntario.ca - this dedicated site is for information on various events, courses and happenings relevant to Laughter Yoga in Ontario.
