People who Laugh Together Work Together Laughter is a very powerful emotion and it can be used as a powerful tool to bring people together and work as a team. I'm a Medical Doctor and I have no business experience at all. None of my family members had ever done any business as I belong to a farmer’s family. However, what I learnt from my experience with the laughter clubs movement makes a lot of business sense. Without spending a single penny on marketing and advertising, I established 6000 laughter clubs in 65 countries. What I learnt from the experience is that nothing can be achieved alone. My success with the laughter movement, I attribute to my networking skills with my laughter leaders and teachers around the world, whom have helped me to achieve this goal. It’s all Teamwork.

Ultradian Rhythm & Work Efficiency
The Ultradian Rhythm is a natural human cycle which occurs throughout the day. Human mind can focus and concentrate for 90 to 120 minutes at a time and work with sustained energy after which our attention span decreases and we need to take a break for at least 15 -20 minutes before we can focus once again. During this 20 minute period of ‘low energy' you are likely to feel sleepy and may find it difficult to concentrate and focus on your work. Most people try to divert their mind by having a cup of tea, coffee or cigarette. Though this may make you feel better for a short while, it increases the stress levels and has an adverse effect on your health.
